The healing power of crystals can aid in this process. Crystals serve as visual reminders of the intentions we set, and they can easily be worked into a pre-existing meditation or intention-setting routine.

These sweet colorful little nuggets of energy may help you physically and mentally be mindful and feel resilient.  When you believe in their special healing property they empower you via energetic resonance.  The actual connection to the faith in its magic is what causes the ripple which is so much stronger than the theory alone, or components and aspects of the stone.

Green Aventurine is a comfort-stone and a heart-healer.  You can use it to clear and activate the Heart Chakra energy for a feeling of well-being and emotional calm.  It’s a powerful protector of the Heart Chakra, providing a Metatron-like body guarded shield to block entry from those who could “tap-in” and use the energy for purposes of their own focus and intentions.  A good example of the type of person that falls under the ‘Vampire Energy’ classification I talked about in last month’s workshop.

Use Green Aventurine to shift and release negativity and energy blockages, including dis~ease.  Wear or carry Green Aventurine to increase intelligence, perception and creativity.
